The Kitchen Ministry at Buford Grove Baptist Church exists to serve the Buford Grove family with weekly opportunities for fellowship. The last wednesday night of each month, a family meal is provided, allowing for fellowship opportunities among the members.
This ministry provides food and snacks for the various dinners and activities sponsored by the church. The Kitchen Ministry also coordinates dinner for the bereaved family and friends after a funeral if the family so desires.
Our Mission:
To encourage relationships and sharing among our church family by preparing fellowship meals.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the gifts and talents of volunteers to prepare fellowship meals.
Oversee the maintenance, operation, and cleaning of our wonderful kitchen facilities.
Purchase needed supplies for various fellowship meals and events.
The committee preparing the meal themselves and or soliciting assistance from the church members can accomplish these responsibilities.
